Intake (once-through)
Classify and confirm the document pack before the unattended once-through run.
Approach: Once-through · Switch approach
Before phases 1–10, once-through classifies your bulk-uploaded documents, marks irrelevant files (kept but unused), proposes assumptions, and lists gaps. You confirm intake (edit assumptions / notes) before the unattended run starts. Changing the pack requires a full reclassify.
