Redeeming a promotional offer

Open a promo link, sign in with Google or Microsoft, and claim a complimentary grant or a Stripe discount.

Promo codes do not create accounts. Sign in with Google or Microsoft first (self-signup). Then apply the code.

Steps

  1. Open the email link (or paste the code on promo redeem).
  2. Confirm the offer: complimentary grant (no payment) or a 1–99% Stripe discount. The email names the offer type (AI enrichment, expert validation, or time-based access) and the amount or duration.
  3. Sign in with Google or Microsoft.
  4. Finish redemption:
    • Complimentary — entitlements apply immediately (tokens or N days of time-based access starting at claim)
    • Discount — continue to Stripe checkout and pay the remaining price

Tips

  • Codes expire on a redeem-by date. Time-based access duration is separate and starts when you claim (complimentary) or after payment (discount).
  • 100% off is issued as a complimentary grant, not a Stripe coupon.
  • The code can be redeemed once.
