Your assessments and data

Each assessment is its own record: answers, uploads, phase data, enrichment audit, and issued report views. There is no separate survey product. The “survey” is the assessment questionnaire itself.

Find, resume, delete

On New assessment:

• Open a run to resume at the saved phase.
• Remove deletes that assessment: the database snapshot and the upload prefix (uploads/{you}/{assessmentId}/…).
• Abandoned empty starts can be cleared in bulk when the product shows that action.

Download while you still have access. Do not rely on us as your records office.

Uploads (your documents)

Files you attach during P1/P2 stay on that assessment. They are not a company document library. Deleting the assessment deletes those objects. Do not upload secrets you cannot afford to send to an AI provider if you later turn AI on — bounded excerpts may go to the model for a named call.

How long we keep server copies

Product policy (implemented as a daily lifecycle job):

Active paid AI / expert / access	12 months, or longer under contract
Enterprise	As agreed in the order / DPA

Until you have exported, treat the server copy as ephemeral. We aim not to accumulate unbounded assessment data. Legal pages: Privacy. Residency: Assurance.

Organisation administration
