These Terms govern your use of Riskonami. Version 2026-08-12.
This is a product draft pending counsel review — it describes how
the service is intended to work today.
1. Who we are
Riskonami is operated by Musmato BV (Netherlands). Contact details are on the
contact and about pages.
2. The service
Riskonami provides a structured operational risk assessment workspace (IRAM 2.0–aligned
process), including worksheets, uploads, reports, and optional AI enrichment or expert
validation. The forever-free assessment process does not include paid AI tokens or
expert packs unless you purchase them.
3. Accounts
You may sign in with Google or Microsoft. If no account exists for that email, one may
be created automatically. You must provide accurate profile details when asked and keep
credentials under your control. We may deactivate inactive free accounts and purge stale
assessment data according to our retention policy (see Privacy Policy and product docs).
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service (including attempting unauthorised access, abusing
APIs, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with other customers). Assessment
outputs are for your organisation’s internal risk work; you remain responsible for how
you use them.
5. No professional advice
Riskonami is a software tool. Content and reports are not legal, audit, or security
consultancy advice. Human expert validation, where purchased, is a review service under
separate commercial terms and does not replace your own judgement.
6. Paid entitlements
Purchases (for example AI enrichment tokens, expert validation, or time-limited access)
are subject to the pricing page and checkout terms (including Stripe). Unused tokens and
grants may expire as described at purchase.
7. Data and AI enrichment
Assessment data is stored in our EU-hosted infrastructure. Optional AI enrichment sends
bounded prompts to a model provider (currently OpenAI) to generate proposals you can
accept or reject. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may
change features, these Terms, or pricing with notice where required. Continued use after
a Terms version change may require re-acceptance in the product.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Dutch law, Musmato BV is not liable for
indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free service. For paid features,
liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant entitlement in the twelve months
before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Riskonami at any time. We may suspend or deactivate accounts that
violate these Terms or remain inactive under our retention policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to
mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
