Report generation and variants

Phase 10 — deterministic reports, optional AI Fill, issuance, and what is free vs billable.

Phase 10 is the Final Report Workspace. The server keeps report rules; you choose setup, generate the deterministic body, optionally run AI Fill, and issue labeled PDFs.

Free vs billable in Phase 10

*Unless an access period / staff account includes AI. You can issue a full report without AI Fill. Once-through: report draft includes forced AI Fill; you Accept at the end. Optional post-report AI edit after issue overwrites the frozen report and does not keep provenance / revision lineage.

Setup drives structure

Purpose, audience, verbosity, caps, and appendix options feed Start / Restart. Restart does not call AI. Changing setup after a report exists: save setup, then Restart so tables match — AI Fill alone does not rebuild tables.

Issue and labels

Each Issue stores a labeled PDF in the report index and on Profile. Use clear labels for different audiences.

After End Assessment

Phases 1–9 become read-only; the report studio can stay open for more Restart / optional AI Fill / Issue cycles. Clone when you need a fresh assessment branch. Next: Choose your approach · How billing works
